The Process
How It Works
01
Share Your Reports
Upload your credit reports from all 3 bureaus, a government-issued ID, and proof of address through our secure portal.
02
We Review & Prepare
Our team reviews your reports, identifies information that may be inaccurate or disputable under federal law, and prepares custom documentation.
03
Letters Go Out
Your dispute letters — citing the applicable federal statutes — are submitted to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
04
Bureau Review
Bureaus are legally required to investigate properly submitted disputes. We track the timeline and keep you updated in your portal.

These selected examples are not typical-results estimates or promises. Report dates are comparison dates, not service completion deadlines. An account no longer appearing does not establish permanent deletion. Score changes can reflect payments, utilization, and other reporting changes; they cannot be attributed solely to disputes. Individual results vary. Names, account numbers, and identifying report images are withheld for privacy.

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Past outcomes do not predict future results — credit report changes depend on the accuracy of the information on file, bureau processing, and each person’s individual circumstances.
Turnaround times refer to our letter preparation and submission timeline after receiving your complete documents — not to bureau decisions, which are governed by federal timelines and vary by file.
